Welcome Dear PRSSA Member, The PRSSA 2006 National Conference Committee and I invite you to "Make the Ascent" and turn every opportunity you have into reality. National Conference is a time for networking, professional development and exciting socials. With this in mind, we assure you an experience in Salt Lake City that will exceed your greatest expectations. The Conference Committee has been working hard to offer you an informative weekend filled with the energy of PRSSA and Salt Lake City. According to last year's Conference survey - attendees said the most important aspect of Conference was networking. The Conference Committee will give you what you asked and make networking events and opportunities the number one priority for 2006. The Agency and Organizational Tours, PRSA General Sessions, Résumé Enhancement Session and Career Development Exhibition are just a few opportunities to aid you on your networking quest. Also, for 2006, we've added a special event: Speed Networking. Much like the Dine Around sessions from past Conferences, you'll be able to dine and converse with professionals from the field you want to pursue. The socials, from an Olympic-themed awards ceremony to a Polar Bear Breakfast, will be a great time to meet new friends and make memories. Salt Lake City has much to offer you. Not only is the Sheraton City Centre a prime downtown location amidst Salt Lake's public rail system, but Salt Lake City may be the most affordable Conference yet.
