Hotel Reservations

PRSSA makes hotel reservations for delegates and non-delegates who are staying at the Charlotte Marriott City Center for Assembly. All questions about your hotel reservations should be directed to amy.ovsiew@prsa.org, not the hotel.

Delegates

• PRSSA pays hotel room and tax charges for one official delegate from each Chapter.
• Delegates are assigned rooms with two or three other delegates.We cannot put delegates and non-delegates in rooms together.
• If you do not need a room reservation or would like to request a specific roommate, contact amy.ovsiew@prsa.org by Feb. 17.

Non-delegates

• PRSSA makes hotel reservations for non-delegates, but they are responsible for their own charges. The room rate is $137 per room (triple and quad) per night (not including taxes).
• To help non-delegates save money, PRSSA will automatically assign them a room with two or three other non-delegates. We cannot put delegates and non-delegates in rooms together.
• If you do not need a room reservation or would like to request a specific roommate, contact amy.ovsiew@prsa.org by Feb. 17.

The Charlotte Marriott City Center is about 10 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). Several methods of transportation are available to the hotel. View your options here.

On-site parking costs $14 daily.
