National Assembly Registration

Deadline to Register: Feb. 17

Delegates and non-delegates must register to attend the PRSSA 2012 National Assembly by Feb. 17. You may register online, or mail or fax the registration form.

Non-delegates: You may pay the $60 registration fee by check or credit card, but you must provide credit card information so that PRSSA may hold your hotel reservation. You will not be charged for your room until you check in at the hotel or cancel after the refund deadline, at which time you may provide payment however you choose.

PRSSA will make room reservations at the host hotel for delegates and non-delegates who have registered. You do not need to fill out any additional forms. If you do not need a room reservation, contact amy.ovsiew@prsa.org.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Non-delegates: PRSSA will refund the non-delegate registration fee if notification of cancellation is received by Feb. 27. No refunds will be given after Feb. 27.

Delegates: If a delegate needs to cancel, contact amy.ovsiew@prsa.org as soon as possible. You are strongly encouraged to locate a substitute to take your place.

All delegate and non-delegate cancellations must be received in writing by amy.ovsiew@prsa.org.

All delegate and non-delegate cancellations after Feb. 27 will be responsible to cover the cost of their hotel reservation.
