Session 1: Does My Personality Affect Group Dynamics?

Members will take a personality test and then break into groups to draw a logo that represents their personality type and prepare a three-minute presentation. Each group will teach other attendees about their personality style. At the end of each presentation, the National Committee representatives will provide a synopsis of the personalities and share how they can work with one another.

Session 2: What's The Best Way To Jump This Hurdle?
Rebecca Timms, Brandi Boatner, Jason Sears, Michael Wilson and Dr. Julie Henderson, APR, Fellow PRSA
National Committee members will role-play three scenes and discuss with attendees what happened in the scene and the best way to handle the situations. After this, students will pose Chapter-development-related questions to National Committee members.

Session 3: Protecting My Brand
Nick Lucido, Patrick Hernandez, Travis Parman, APR, and Janelle Huelsman
National Committee members will share a PowerPoint presentation that defines a personal brand and provide suggestions for building a great brand, share examples of what a negative brand is and discuss how it affects your reputation. At the end of the session, they will show three videos from PRSSA members who have personal branding success stories.
