Regional Conferences

Expand Your Local Network

Each spring, PRSSA Chapters host a variety of Regional Conferences, events endorsed by PRSSA National, in regions around the country. These events are planned, hosted and attended by PRSSA Chapters, and are an opportunity for you to network and learn, or to build your portfolio and gain event planning experience.

Come to a Regional Conference

Each Regional Conference is different. You may have the opportunity to participate in a case study competition, attend a professional or Chapter development workshop, participate in a Chapter leadership roundtable or mingle at a PRSA/PRSSA social. View the full list of upcoming events to attend a Regional Conference in your area.

Host a Regional Conference

Become even more involved in PRSSA by hosting a Regional Conference. In the process of planning the event, you can gain valuable event planning skills, network with local Chapters and professionals, and enhance your portfolio. The deadline to bid is in September each year. Download the Regional Conference bid form (Word or PDF) and direct questions to the vice president of Regional Conferences.

If you need help planning your event, check out the Regional Conferences Handbook (PDF).

Regions

To make it easier for all members to attend a Regional Conference, PRSSA tries to plan a Regional Conference in each of the ten regions. This map indicates the region in which your school is located.
