What's my login name and password?

If it's your first time on JobCenter, you must register first. You will choose your login name and password during registration.

Why do I have to register?

You must have an individual account to post and edit your job/internship listings - that's why you are required to have your own login name and password. Registration is also required to access all the other JobCenter listings.

Can I choose any login name and password?

Yes.

What do I do if I forget my login name or password?

Please contact the PRSSA Vice President of Jobs/Internship Services.

Does this web site use cookies?

Yes, cookies are used for user authentication. If your browser does not support cookies, or you have not enabled cookies on your browser, you won't be able to register or log in.

What is the information in my profile for?

The information in your profile is your contact information and a company summary. This information is included in all your listings, so you won't have to type it in each time you add a listing. If you like, you may change it for any listings (when adding or editing a listing). However, if you want to change something permanently, you must edit your profile.

Can I edit the information in my profile?

Yes. Changing this information will affect only new listings. You cannot change your login name/email and your company name.

Can I delete my profile?

Yes. However, if you have any listings, you'll have to delete them first.

What listings can I post?

Public relations internships. Please keep in mind that this web site is used by members of PRSSA, who will be looking for entry level positions or internships.

How do I post a listing?

Use the ''manage your listings'' feature. Your contact information and company summary will be included; however, you may change this information.

Can I add HTML to my listing?

Yes, but use it wisely. Make sure your code is correct. Also, please don't include images.

I've just submitted a listing – why does it have to be approved?

All new listings must be approved by the PRSSA Vice President of Jobs/Internship Services. This is taken care of as soon as possible.

Can I have multiple listings?

Yes, you can have as many listings as you wish.

Can I edit my listings?

Yes, use the ''manage your listings'' feature.

Can I delete my listings?

Yes, use the ''manage your listings'' feature.

Why can't I just email you my listing and let you take care of it?

JobCenter has hundreds of listings, which change all the time. It used to take weeks to post new listings, make edits, or remove listings. Now it can be done instantly.

Can I copy information from JobCenter to other web sites?

No.
