PRSSA is pleased to announce that students may apply for two grants providing a free registration to the PRSSA 2010 National Conference, “The Capital Connection: People, Press and Politics.”

• PRSA Health Academy Grant. Students with an interest in health care public relations are invited to apply for this grant. In addition to receiving a free registration to the PRSSA 2010 National Conference, winner may also attend the Health Academy session at the PRSA International Conference. Deadline to apply: Aug. 23.
  
• PRSA Travel and Tourism Section Grant. Students with an interest in travel, tourism or hospitality public relations are invited to apply for this grant. In addition to receiving a free registration to the PRSSA 2010 National Conference, winner may also attend the Travel and Tourism Section seminar at the PRSA International Conference. Deadline to apply: Aug. 23.

The PRSSA 2010 National Conference is Oct. 15–19 at the Marriott Washington (D.C.) Wardman Park. The deadline to register is Sept. 13, but don’t delay; space is limited.
