Dear Chapter Presidents,

Soon you will be in sunny Scottsdale, Ariz., for the PRSSA 2010 Leadership Rally. This event is the foundation of your successful term and your Chapter's rewarding PRSSA experience.

I want to share a few helpful hints as you prepare for your Scottsdale trip.

• The hotel provides a free airport shuttle from 6 a.m.–10 p.m. After you collect your luggage from the baggage claim, use one of the white courtesy phones to call Chaparral Suites (800) 494-3146. You'll be told when the next shuttle is expected to arrive and where to go for pick up. Parking is free.
• The hotel also provides guests a free hot breakfast daily and free in-room internet access.
• Bring your swimsuit, sunscreen and sunglasses. The weather will be in the high 90s and low 100s.
• Attire: The opening reception Friday night is casual, but the rest of the weekend is business casual. Pack and dress appropriately to meet other Chapter Presidents and PRSA professionals.
• You will receive your room assignment this week by e-mail. If you do not receive it, contact leah.elison@prsa.org.
• Bring money and a cell phone for emergencies or necessities not covered by PRSSA.
