Contiki Holidays 2002 Bateman Case Study Competition
Competition Rules
- All team members must be undergraduates, members of PRSSA, and must participate in the competition. Only team members may create, construct, or communicate the case problem.
- Each team designates one professional and one faculty advisor. The advisors will stimulate creativity and give direction, but may not contribute to the actual construction or creation of the campaign. Since the purpose of the competition is to help prepare students to enter the professional world, teams are encouraged to seek out and utilize all of their resources, including contacting members of their sponsoring PRSA chapter.
- Fair market value of all materials and services used in preparing the presentation may not exceed $300. The chapter may also receive up to $1000 in in-kind donations. A list of itemized expenses/in-kind donations must accompany each entry.
- Teams will prepare a written summary that shall not exceed 10 pages. Teams may provide supplementary materials -- e.g., press releases and other documents -- to accompany the summary. Entries without summaries will be disqualified.
- All participants must be available to be in Hawaii from May 1-5, 2002 for the final presentations. Due to specialized hotel and travel accommodations, no exceptions can be made. A detailed agenda of the trip will be provided.
