Company mailed to participating chapters.

| February 1-29 |
Month to implement public relations campaign including special
events. Any events taking place as a result of your campaign
implementation must occur between February 1 through February
29. Failure to comply with this timeframe will result
in disqualification. |
| March 26 |
All entries are due to PRSSA Headquarters in New York. (Four
copies of your entry must be received) |
| April 3-4 |
Judging to take place at PRSSA Headquarters. Judges will
select three finalist teams. |
| April 5 |
The three finalist teams are notified by PRSSA. |
| April 12 |
All teams are notified of their status. |
| May 6-9 |
Three finalist teams give their final presentation to a
group of Ford Motor Credit Company representatives and PRSA
judges, in Detroit, Michigan. |
| October 25 |
Teams are recognized at the 2004 National Conference Awards
Dinner in New York City. |
