Acknowledgement letter and information on PRSA Chapter Ethics Officers mailed to participating Chapters. *Please note; if your team does not receive a letter by Friday, November 26, contact PRSSA Headquarters at (212) 460-1476. |
| February 1-28 |
Month to implement special events such as awareness campaigns. Any special events taking place as a result of your campaign implementation must occur between February 1 through 28. Failure to comply with this timeframe will result in disqualification. |
| March 24 |
Deadline for receipt of entries at PRSSA headquarters (four copies of your entry must be received). |
| April 9-10 |
Judges to select three finalist entries. |
| April 11 |
The three finalist teams are notified by PRSSA. |
| April 18 |
Score sheets are mailed to all teams. |
| May 2 |
Each of the three top teams give their final presentations to a group of its sponsoring PRSA Chapter and videotape the presentation. |
| May 9 |
Videotape submissions due to headquarters. |
| May 13 |
Final judging. |

Notification to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams. |
| October 24, 2005 |
Wining teams receive special recognitionat the 2005 PRSA/PRSSA National Conferences in Miami, FL. |
