National Committee Updates

Sarah Yeaney, National President
On behalf of the 2004-2005 National Committee we thank you for all your hard work and dedication. Please know that it has helped the Society and your peers grow and develop. We all wish you the best of luck, and look forward to another successful year in 2005-2006. See you in Miami!

Devin Knighton, Vice President of Professional Development
As the year comes to a close, I thank you for your contribution to the Society. The National Affiliation of PRSSA Student-run firms will grow and expand. I hope you will make the changes so that your firm can meet the standards and be a part of the affiliation. The reason this affiliation will carry such persuasive power is - it will represent you.

You merit more recognition for your hard work and talent. Review the standards document that was sent to your Chapter President and make a plan now for how your firm can be included in the affiliation.

Scott T. Iwata, Vice President of Member Services
As you prepare for the summer months, don't forget to leave your best practices for future members of the Society. You can post any best practice online on the Best Practices Forum. Post them today!

LeeAnn Rasachak, Vice President of Internships/Job Services
Interested in getting involved at the national level? Get started this summer by joining the PRSSA National Internships/Job Services subcommittee. You'll work with a team of PRSSA members from across the country, increase your network of professionals and colleagues, and contribute to the professional growth and development of fellow PRSSA members.
